Contaminated air passes through the scrubber’s water-washed contact media before being exhausted, while water used during the scrubbing process is captured in the holding tank and recirculated. An optional pH dosing system can be utilized to neutralize acids captured during the scrubbing process.

Wet Scrubber Lemari Asam - Model WS-01 merupakan peralatan tambahan untuk lemari asam dengan hasil proses berupa gas asam berat. Fungsi wet scrubber ini adalah untuk menyaring asap / uap dari lemari asam yang dianggap mengandung asam berbahaya. Metodenya adalah asap / uap polusi lemari asam ini dipaparkan dengan air sehingga terlarut ke dalam air. Asap / Uap hasil penyaringan wet scrubber menjadi lebih bersih atau mempunyai kandungan berbahaya yang telah diturunkan kadarnya. Cairan penyaringan wet scrubber ini kemudian diproses lebih lanjut.
Karna uap/asap mengandung asam yang kuat, dan media penyaring yang digunakan adalah air, maka konstruksi wet scrubber yang bersentuhan dengan asam + air, haruslah bahan yang tahan karat. Kami menawarkan produk wet scrubber untuk lemari asam menggunakan bahan fiber glass atau PVC.
